Job Description

    • Act as a subject matter expert for risks and compliance related matters
    • Enhance and support People Risk Stewardship Evaluate current key metrics (conduct, culture,
    • capacity and capability) for red flags and drive identification and management of Top and
    • Emerging risk, ensure people impacts and action plans are in place with business accoutantblity.
    • Ensure Compliance to local Employment laws and effective people practices and measures are
    • in place.
    Drive and manage Risk and Control Assessments including confirmation of scope, identificationof key risks, Inherent and Residual risk assessement.Engage with Second Line Of Defence teams, Internal and external Auditors/Regulators andobservations are mitigated with appropriate manaagemetn action plan.Prepare management information data for regional and country governance forum.Manage regional governance forums (RCMM) and coordinate site governance at country leveand other Functional & Entity risk management meetings.Desired Candidate ProfileOverall experience of 14+ years.Excellent communication and interpersonal Minimum Bachelors degree in any field.Professional qualification such as MBA, PGDM, CA desirable.Good understanding of HR process & HR lifecycle, data management and experience in shared service center/ outsourced operations preferred.Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles ORexposure to governance and control environment, such as audit or compliance preferred.Excellent communication & inter personal skills, with ability to maintain effective workingrelationships with teams, peers, senior management and business stakeholders.Perks and BenefitsHybrid Working Model
