About This Role Title: Logistics AssociateLocation : MumbaiReports to: Warehouse ManagerReportees: This is an individual contributor roleCore ResponsibilitiesDaily activities at distribution center (warehouse) Completing timely Goods Receipts (GRN) in the ERP system Keeping stock count clean with daily counting discipline Ensure same day dispatches based on Invoices Prepare dispatch reports, transporter s MIS data analysis, etc to understand performance activities Reconcile or investigate delivery issues and update to Warehouse manager Arrange in reverse pick ups and monitor this activity to closure Need good understanding on warehouse activities including dealing with forwarders, storing Parts in defined manner etc. Keep good track of dispatches including picking non-expiry items, packing in proper way, referring correct quantity as per the PO requirements Need understanding of clearance activity and coordinate with CHA agent for upcoming shipments and GRNsBasic Qualification:Graduate/Associate degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of work experience in warehouse activities Must know ERP software for warehouse activities Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
