Job Description

    ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a defined governance structure. It is a Global hub and delivers services to CIB/BOW Finance teams across the geographies. Manager (Functional) Number of Direct Reports:NoneDirectorship / Registration:NAPosition PurposeFinance Business analyst will be responsible for managing key deliverables related to budgeting, cost management, client management, SLA, Governance, Reporting, Efficiency tracking, driving reengineering projects, for ISPL Financial shared services, MumbaiIndividual must possess strong expertise in the area of Finance, Stakeholder management, Communication Management and preparing presentations for senior management. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Internal Reporting & Governance
    • Maintain service management framework for BAU processes. Track capacity and process performance against agreed KPIs.
    • Ensure that the quality, service and compliance parameters are reported at required levels.
    • Budget pre-prep Reporting, Variance Analysis, Invoice Management data preparation & tracking & Reporting at defined frequency
    • Preparation of Governance & Steerco packs for regional and team meetings with stakeholders and senior management.
    Technical knowledge & Skills
    • Efficient in MS Office and SharePoint
    • Hands on experience in Tableau or Power BI
    • Knowledge of applications like SAP, Alteryx is a plus
    Contributing Responsibilities
    • Co-ordination with SLA and Transition team to maintain and track headcount resource movement
    • Liaising with functional heads to source and acquire the information as requested.
    • Co-ordination with support teams like HR, Admin, L&D and IT for regular reporting statistics.
