Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • To ensure timely review of Ground of Suspicion (GOS), approve STR and review all other work done by the team.
    • To ensure timely reporting to FIU-IND and liaise with FIU-IND in case of any delays.
    • To analyze alerts scenarios implemented in the AML system or based on exceptions reports and identify areas for reduction of false positive alerts based on review.
    • Establish measurable goals, set out objectives, provide target deadlines for daily / periodic tasks, ensure that tasks are completed within defined / assigned time.
    • Plan, allocate, prioritize and regularly monitor work done by team members. Plan for important & priority assignments and track progress
    • To ensure all AML / KYC related policy and process documents are kept updated at all times.
    • Carry out annual review of the AML policy and Risk Categorization rules.
    • Ensure timely submissions for quarterly board note on KYC AML, quarterly review of AML processes with the Designated Director and other periodic reviews as carried out from time to time.
    • To attend meetings with all stakeholders to address any AML related requirements / queries.
    • To ensure timely release of system from IT and timely receipt of various reports required for monitoring which are provided by Product / Operations / IT teams.
    Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate/Post-Graduate with 10+yrs of experience in AML Compliance.
