Job Description

    As a Product Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for all Life Cycle events related to UCITS SICAV J P Morgan Asset Management Shareclasses, interacting with client services and multiple other stakeholders to complete the set-up and launch the UCITS SICAV classes in the market for Clients to invest in. Job Responsibilities
    • Share class set-up & launch
    • Share class Closure/De-activation
    • Input and verification of data onto internal central repository system called Fund Data Portal
    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
    • 2+ years relevant experience and/or project management.
    • Knowledge of the UCITS including ETFs and their associated end-to-end processes, will be distinctive advantage
    • Attention to details, accuracy, and strong organization skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
    • Deep knowledge of Microsoft outlook & excel spreadsheets proficiency is a minimum
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
    • Certifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CPA, CFA) is an advantage
    • Ability to get things done in a dynamic and fast paced environment and effectively multi-task. Can do attitude all times. Client focused mind-set
    • Positive attitude towards compliance and controls. Proactive, commitment to continuous learning. Strong ownership skills
    • Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented with the ability to understand multiple perspectives
