Job Description

    Job descriptionOpening with leading pharma company in Mumbai location.
    • Availability of Software, Applications and Platforms for business continuity and support Business process and Transactions. e.g. SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Success Factor, SAP Solution Manage, Open Text
    • Pharma specific application like LIMS, e-CTD, empower, HPLCs, CRM and supporting Dot Net Application
    • Ensure availability of IT assets to users
    • Ensure EOL and EOS replaced on time to avoid disruption, Manage AMC.
    • Optimal utilization of IT budget
    • Manage Inventory, AMC data, reports for Management.
    • Manage IT engagement with sound knowledge of current IT trend in terms of Hardware and software, applications, platforms used in Pharma Industry.
