Job Description

    *Roles and Responsibility Overview
    • RRSD Unit faces the Retail Risk Function supporting countries and group risk reporting:
    Processes
    • To clearly provide the list of expectation from this role that is generating and distributing quality MI
    • Work closely with the country risk teams.
    • Responsible to manage the generation and delivery of daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly retail risk reports accurately and timely.
    • Responsible for handling all queries relating to the reports produced.
    • Responsible to ensure delivery of reports accurately with adequate checks and controls and are done based on the past trends.
    • Adequate knowledge around SAS and Excel as these tools are primarily used to produce the MIs and also able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on these tools.
    • Develop familiarity with the key systems like C400/CCMS/RLS/PDW/eBBS etc.
    • Ensuring that one undergoes necessary trainings (on-the-job or classroom) to get the required job knowledge.
    Strategy
    • Help to ensure appropriate BAU controls being established and deployed effectively in GBS.
    • Help to support new Business requests through Product programmes and Country addendums
    • Help to look for possibilities of leveraging on synergy within the various processes through automation thereby bringing in improvements.

    • Help the team to pursue the strategic intent and agenda for RRSD
    • Help to improve client experience through more efficient and effective processing in tandem with Risk, Client Coverage and Front Office users

    • Ensure quality processing and adherence to all key controls and checks.

    • Embed new Operational Risk framework into monitoring processes and report any escalations to Management.
    • Monthly monitoring of CST and performance measurement of KCIs

    • Work closely with Operational Excellence & Change management team members to understand key issues and processes and drive automation of processes.
    • Adherence to mandatory certifications and operational requirements

    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Work experience in Retail / Credit Risk vertical is desirable.
    • Effective communicator
    • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements Possesses good technical computer skills.
    • College graduate / Post Graduate of any statistical/ business course.
    • Prior experience of working with SAS software / Excel is desired / required
