    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1- Exposure to Maintain, customize and upgrade existing integrations with 3rd party applications 2 - Should have effectively utilized CRM SDK and 3rd party tools for development, configuration, and administration 3 - Work experience to develop reports and dashboards within both CRM and Power BI will be a plus 4- Experience in providing application support, including fixing bugs/issues the flexibility to work for large scale technical support engagements
        • Technical Experience : 1 - 4 years of good Technical/Development experience with Dynamics 365 technical 2- Good knowledge in Configure customize CRM eg, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, case management, web resources, security, Field Service, Unified Service Desk, etc 3- Having knowledge on full life cycle implementations 4- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Microsoft CRM
