        • Key Responsibilities : a:Manage the real estate portfolio, b:and the usage view for representing the usage of the portfolio c:The Candidate should have Implementation / support experience in SAP REFX Real Estate Module d:The Candidate should have sound subject knowledge and should be able to Interact with Client to grasp the requirement e:Candidate should be able to analyse, design and provide solution to the application issues andor requirements of SAP RE-FX Real Estate
        • Technical Experience : a:SAP REFX with finance back ground b:The Candidaate should be strong in SAP FICO with experience in SAP RE-FX Real Estate c:The Candidate should have knowledge in Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management, Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Business partner Usage Architectural Views of Master Data, Commercial Real Estate Management, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Condition Corporate Real Estate Management
        • Professional Attributes : a:Reporting on the entire property portfolio b:Manages the real estate portfolios and their contracts c:The Candidate should possess Strong interpersonal and written skills d:The Candidate should be able to work independently and self starter
