Job Description

The team partners with the core multi asset and thematic portfolio management teams to educate and communicate the discretionary portfolios to advisors.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to last volume of inquiries from the sales force related to a variety of topics including: investment objectives of our managed solutions, macroeconomic trends, market activity, positions/holdings, business initiatives, etc.
    • Prioritize and respond to a high volume of sales force and client inquiries across multiple channels (e-mail, phone, instant messenger)
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and models to streamline team s access to key portfolio characteristics
  • Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal advisors to support positioning our broader Managed Solutions Strategies and Portfolios
  • Own generation of key internal and client reports, ensuring quality control checks around data integrity and accuracy
  • Proactively identify and assess areas of risk and implement preventative policies and procedures, think of and implement ideas for streamlining reporting and other team processes
  • Quarterback updates and enhancements to the internal Intranet Site (i.e. design, layout, content updates), coordinating with multiple stakeholders for review / update
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience, including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business
  • Provide input and new ideas for overall development and enhancement of the business strategy
  • Work on time-sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of work experience in Financial Services Industry
  • CA/MBA/CFA preferred or Finance Graduates with relevant work experience within the Investor relations space
  • Good knowledge and genuine interest in financial markets, investing from both multi-asset and single asset class perspectives, macro-level economic trends
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF
