Roles and Responsibilities To be well versed with the factors which govern the debt market and should track them regularly: G-sec Market, SDL Market, T-bill market, corporate bonds, macro and micro indicators. Sound knowledge of investment products available to the HNI wealth segment Communication Skills: Building new relationships with aggressive cold calling and pitching wealth products to clients exclusively corporate bonds. Maintaining existing Investors such as HNIs, Family Offices, Etc. Meeting clients to deliver presentations on new market opportunities and trade ideas. Strong people orientation and ability to understand the requirements and engage with clients. Key Deliverables Aggressive and business oriented, ability to work with team and deliver on the business plan. Understanding of structures like Preferential Shares, CCDs, Tax Free Bonds and other diverse Debt structures Analysis of Balance Sheets and basic Financial Data of Companies/ Issuers Do the documentations like preparing term sheets, stock sheet, deal slips & other documents whenever needed Required Candidate profileJob Competencies Relationship Management Skills Technical knowledge of- Macroeconomics, financial statement analysis and debt capital markets Strong interpersonal skills Presentation skills,analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills ,
