Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Description

  1. Required Tech Skills:
    1. Adobe Photoshop - Absolute expert at PS 2015 CC and its latest features. Working with layers and layer comps to create various screens and screen flows
    2. Illustrator - Using Illustrator 2015 CC and its latest features to create logos, icons, branding and illustrations
    3. Powerpoint & Keynote - Using Powerpoint and Keynote to create quick wireframes and presentations. Should be able to make short videos to express requirements and ideology
    4. Mac OS - Pro at using Mac OS X as an operating system with its various shortcuts and features
    5. Should be extremely fast at using tech and software listed above
    6. Good Knowledge of HTML & CSS
    7. Good Knowledge of JavaScript features and limitations and using them for visualisation
  2. Required Design Skills:
    1. Great at using modern UI styles - Material Design, iOS Design, etc.
    2. Great at designing modern and minimal interfaces with least possible elements
    3. Maintaining stylesheets and storyboards for reference of HTML / CSS developers
    4. Problem solving and finding best solutions while designing complex interfaces
    5. Understanding existing design and designing new designs based on existing styles
    6. Designing consistently over long periods of time
    7. Should be great at understanding the whole product and specific requirements of small pieces of work
    8. Quick at designing. Should be able to skip wire framing and prototyping where unnecessary
    9. Good at receiving feedback and implementing what is required
    10. Great at communicating requirements and expectations to developers
