Job Description

    Job location - Virar.Full time On Roll Permanent Job.Male candidate preferred.Company Bus Pick up & drop facility from Virar, Nalasopara, Borivali, Thane Railway Station.Subsidized canteen facility available.CTC- Upto Rs. 3 to 4 LPA ( Depends on experience).Expected to join Immediate/ less than one month time.Educational Qualification: MLW / MSW / MSS / DLL / DSS.Total Experience: Min. 3-5 years of experience Competencies Good analytical skills, Good liasoning skills, effective communications skills in Hindi, English & Marathi, etc.Job Profile:
    • To establish contacts and hold consultation with a view to maintaining harmonious relations between the factory management and workers.
    • To bring to the notice of the factory management the grievance of workers, individual as well as collective, with a view to securing their expeditious redress
    • Help the factory management to shape and formulate labour policies and to interpret said policies to the workers in a language they can understand.
    • To help the factory management in preventing any illegal strikes/ lock outs /anti-social activities in the plant and to resolve the same, if any in the fruitful manner.
    • To advise and assist the factory management in the fulfillment of obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning the application of the provisions of the Factories Act 1948 and the rules made thereunder and to establish liaison with the appropriate government authority.
    • Conduct periodic medical examinations of factory workers and upkeeping of records pertaining to their health, Supervision of hazardous jobs, First Aid boxes, accidents (including investigation), workmen compensation, maternity benefits and health and safety committee administration.
    • To facilitate / provide various trainings to all workers w.r.t. employee health, safety, and environment.
    • To facilitate various employee engagement activities including formulation of various committee.
    • To advise and assist the factory management in making and maintaining the provisions of canteen, creches, shelters, ambulance room, drinking facility, adequate toilet / laterine facility and other benevolent scheme payments
    • To bring to the notice of workers, their rights and liabilities under the certified Standing Orders of the factory
    • To assist in all Statutory, certifications and customer audits scheduled in the factory
    Monitoring and controlling of workers unauthorized absenteeism in the factory to support production process and the productivity
