Job Description

    - Engineering/Post Graduate from premium Tier 1 institutes (ISB/IIM/IIT/BITS Pilani/SPJain/JBIMS)- - Leading and owning data and analytics for Sales BU. - Building sales insights by executing diagnostics/predictive analytics covering the entire sales cohort from various parameters like inputs, product, category etc.- Designing programs targeting sales performance- incentives, appreciation, rewards, performance management- Leading a Team of 8 -12 people- Management dashboard designs and reporting process automation to enable business objectives- Execution of RCA and hypothesis-based analysis to support the business insights and embed those into business actions.Skills Required:- Strong in SQL & Excel and good to have experience in Tableau.- Strong exp in RCA & statistics- Data Analytics Visionary.- Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data modeling- Strong in analysing the Data and creating dashboards.- Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence.- Multi-Dimensional, Growth Hacker Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.- Aggressive - Take no prisoners- approach.- Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.This job opening was posted long time back.
