*Job Title - Windows ADExp - 3 to 8 YearsLocation - Mumbai/Pune=================================================================== The IT Infrastructure Services File Services Role is to ensure the efficient operation of the companys infrastructure file servers, applications and data. This includes monitoring, administering and diagnosing problems with infrastructure applications. In this role, you will work closely with the IT management staff and decision makers in other business units and departments to ensure systems are maintained, identify and diagnose issues and meet customer objectives. Within this role you will collaborate with multi-functional teams in developing, supporting and maintaining innovative solutions to support operations. We need team members with the ability to work with limited or minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities 1.Utilize incident management system to monitor, update, follow up and resolve customer support requests.2.Deploy and configure file server including DFS and SFTP3.Support and administer One Drive for Business4.Administer various types of storage arrays including SANs, Isilon s and Cloud Arrays5.Evaluate, diagnose and resolve issues with servers, applications and application integrations.6.Manage and register public domains and certificates7.Develop and use custom scripting for task automation.8.Integrate and migrate data and applications from acquisitions and mergers9.Providing cross training to other support team members.10.Providing timely reports and metrics as required.11.Follow and help develop documentation for all IT Operations and projects related to area of responsibility.12.Participated in IT department operational planning and projects and, implementation of new technologies.13.Accurately prioritize, execute, monitor and complete the daily scheduled tasks and assignments while addressing any issues that may occur including problem management, customer concerns, and reporting of such issues.14.Collaborate with business units and work with partners to maintain systems and ensure needs are being met.15.Participate in meetings, discussions, project site operations, employee training and provide positive and constructive feedback.16.Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the infrastructure applications and IT systems.17.Conduct research and remain current with the emerging technologies and solutions in support of procurement efforts.18.Identify process improvement and modifications to develop strategies, drive efficiency, and improve upon existing company objectives.19.Work within project scope and project objectives, and become familiar with the role and function of each team member to effectively work with the team.20.Communicate with Senior Management, Business Unit and IT Management regarding status of specific issues, projects, and initiatives.21.Provide technical information and apply an advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to develop better utilization of resources and the impact on daily production cycles.22.Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.23.Travel as required.Knowledge & Experience 1.Strong knowledge of SMB shares, DFS, Share and NTFS permissions.2.Familiarity with SharePoint file storage and permissions.3.Basic understanding of Cloud Storage4.Understand of basic networking to assist in trouble shooting issues.5.Capable technical knowledge of network, PC and server operating systems.6.Experience with mergers and acquisitions.7.Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and storage.8.Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, including multi-site design and support.9.Strong working experience with Helpdesk systems, SLAs, and support contracts.10.Thorough understanding of Data Center Operations, facility moves, data migrations.11.Accustomed to project management principles.12.Applied understanding of Windows environment.13.Working knowledge of mail flow, DNS, Active Directory, load balancing, spam filtering, etc.Personal Attributes 1.Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.2.Demonstrated ability to handle various and diverse tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and listen well and utilize information.3.Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.4.Passion for learning and developing skills.5.Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.6.Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.7.The desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries.8.Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically.9.Credible and professional presence work effectively with the internal organization and team members.10.Must be able to understand the clients business and collaborate with the clients to meet their objectives.11.Exhibit characteristics that align with corporate leadership and core values.===================================================================,
