Tasks include Incident & problem management, Quality check and tickets assignments Provide support for Windows OS platform, migration, updates servicing and provisioning, SCCM, Desktop Management, Group policy or preference conflicts, and core standards supported related to End User Computing Troubleshooting MS Applications including MS Office suite including Outlook & Skype, Internet Explorer, Edge, Remote Desktop, Remote Connection, Direct Access, Bitlocker, LAPS, App-V, Windows Hello and all platform feature and function enablement. Troubleshooting of application issues related to common components including Symantec Antivirus, Sophos SGN, FireEye, Cisco Anyconnect, Adobe Reader, Chrome browser, Seavus Project Viewer, Java runtime engine and supported middleware configurations. Troubleshooting of Hardware - Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Workstation/Speciality devices (i.e. laboratory), BIOS and hardware configurations & drivers, Printer, and software Ticket handling in SNOWSupport technician will have the following skills to perform the above roles & responsibilities: Strong working knowledge on troubleshooting Windows (7 & 10) issues Experience in installation or configuring Desktops/Laptop Experience in troubleshooting AntiVirus and windows patching issue Knowledge of diagnosing OS Deployment and Application Deployment failures Good understanding of Operating system deployment related components such as Task sequence, Boot images, Operating system images and driver packages Functional knowledge on SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows settings Knowledge on Windows 10 ZTi (Zero Touch Installations) using SCCM and Troubleshoot OS migration issues SCCM Client health check and troubleshooting.
