  • Should be passionate to understand Windows System administration skills: Windows: Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Good/Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and
  • Written
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
  • should know window/linux patching and security
  • Understand & Maintain system availability as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage and Maintain Monitoring tools Zabbix, Nagios, Ops-Genie, Jira-ServiceDesk
  • Should manage Microsoft Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, WSUS and other associated tools.
  • Follow SOPs, runbooks to troubleshoot and/or resolve alerts/incidents etc
