Job Description

    1. Business Analysis and Preparation of Diagnostic Reports.- Report Preparation- Highlight and conclusion of concern areas- Review of all Zones Performance- Timely submission of Management Reports2. Review all plant reports as per schedule and take up issue raised by self and management fortimely conclusion.3. Review calendar (Monthly) Preparation, Finalization and circulation.4. Conduct review meeting as per schedule:- Highlight concern areas before review- Take-up concern areas to conclusion.5. Timely conclusion of Tasks assigned by the Management.6. Analysing data with Management during plant visits.7. Finalisation of incentive scheme and ensure data authenticity for bearing compilation.8. Support new system and monitor existing system like SAP, Darwin Box etc.9. Identification of gaps and preparing roadmap to overcome.10. Provide strategic inputs in the form of data analysis for decision making.11. Preparation of Long term strategy for diversification, New Technology && Product types.12. Strategy formulation: coordinate with functions to formulate && implement strategy.13. Drive Strategic Initiatives for Planning, Raw Material Cost Reduction, Operations Improvementand Resource Planning.14. Analysing the key issues in daily operations and act as a decision support for COO.15. Providing data and analytical support to the Director through efficient use of MIS reports andtools.
