Job Description

Role description:

  • Should have Workday technical knowledge and should be in the lead role in current organisation
  • Expert in Workday modules like Recruitment, Learning, HCM, payroll, studio, Absence and Leave, Performance management etc. Hands on experience on all of these modules will be added advantage
  • Need strong knowledge on payroll and business systems integration
  • Should carry design and solution mind-set as a lead to understand HR processes and how they can be fit into Workday or any HR technology
  • Should have vendor management capability to drive Workday and HR solutions in the organisation
  • Should be a strong Project manager and capability to handle multiple projects at the same time with time bound delivery
  • Team management skills
  • Team training and Certification
  • Strong knowledge in presenting projects, driving workshops, running UAT, seamless go live / launch
  • Good excel and power point knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Good communication skills
  • Open and flexible for accepting transformation projects in the organisation
  • Overall experience on Workday around 8 + years will help.
Experience and personal qualitiesEssential
  • Bachelor s Degree in any discipline
  • Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workloads for themselves and their teams on a daily basis
  • Language skills Good business English required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working independently and part of a team
  • Able to benchmark themselves and their team in the external market e.g. professional qualifications and awards
  • Should be flexible with shift as per business requirement
