Job Description

    Job Description Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability and deliver keygoals of the annual financial plan Provide training to sales team and Strategic Business Unit personnel on products andservices Actively managing daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operationaland strategic objective Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes ,customer service or products Building relationships with Insurer partner && OEM team to make the services fasterand hassle free Generating revenue through Fleet Business by servicing corporate clients. Responsible for planning and development for IT system && operations processes forpolicy issuance and Claims Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client andtheinsurer Arrange and conduct customer seminars for business promotion, product awarenessand market update. To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of businessoperations in their region. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strictcompliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA. To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO. To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of businessoperations in their region.Key SkillsProcurement advisory, Sale, Relationship building, InfrastructureQualification Required:1.Post Graduate/ MBA.2.Licentiate/Associate in Non-life are desired.Skills Required:1. 10-14years of experience in general insurance sector.2Direct Marketing.3. Excellent Networking Skills.4. Effective Communication skills and well groomed.Team building and managing.6. Should be a go getter7. Assertive door opener8. Ability to work individually and in a team9. Advance knowledge of all types of insurance, inclusive of life and general insurance10. Should have exposure to SMEs and large corporate11.
