Job Description

    Designation Zonal Business ManagerJob Purpose- To maximize sales within the area assigned by ensuring effective utilization of resources (manpower and promotional inputs).Duties & Responsibilities3rd line manager
    • To ensure achievement of Area Targets.
    • To ensure effective and economical coverage of all territories in the area by Front Line Field Staffs on a regular basis.
    • To ensure that Front Line Field Staffs have the right selection of Doctors.
    • To ensure that Front Line Field Staffs are up to date on Market knowledge.
    • To ensure regular coverage of Doctors.
    • To cover all territories on regular and need basis.
    • To decide on monthly targets for each territory and convincing his Front Line Field Staffs of his capability in achieving the same.
    • To conduct cycle meetings assess past performance, draw action plans and ensure implementation of the same.
    • To develop the Front Line Field Staffs to take higher responsibility and make them career conscious.
    • To provide feedback on Front Line Field Staffs attitude.
    • To gather information on Hospital budgets inquires & rate ensure approval & consumption of products.
    • Ensure that adequate stockiest are maintained for each territory & maintain good relations with them.
    • To operate as a role model for Front Line Field Staffs.
    Job Specification
    • Education Science Graduates preferably Bachelor of Pharmacy
    • Experience 10 15 years of experience in sales
