Role : Assistant Manager Corporate Technology Technology : Java/J2EE technology Experience : 6 to 8 years Work Location : Mumbai, India Role Description Assistant Manager with hands on Java/J2ee Technology experience Required Capabilities & Experience Designing and managing Web application built on Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle / SQL Database, Weblogic Server or Tomcat. Strong database design, query tuning and database optimization skills. Understanding of design concepts and design patterns. Understands latest market trends in technology. Systems integration understanding; ability to conceptualize & design systems which interface with different external systems / interfaces Drives software development through best practices for coding & documentation. Ability to work with remote teams especially interfacing with multiple vendor team(s). Ability to estimate tasks and monitor work of other team members. He/ She should be a self-learner, able to work independently and manage tasks in hand. Performing requirement analysis and Reviewing Documentation Performing Proof Of Concept (POC) for new initiatives Strong Stakeholder / Client management as wells as client expectation management Educational Qualification Preferably a BE / MCA Mandatory Technical Skills Core Java, JEE, Struts, Spring, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX , Maven , Jenkins Database & Tools : Oracle, PL / SQL, basic MYSQL knowledge is an advantage Application Servers : Weblogic, Tomcat Unit Testing : Junit Source Control : Subversion / SVN , DevOps, Bitbucket is an advantage IDE : Eclipse, MyEclipse
