Salary Range : 10lpa- 20lpa - Only Mumbai located candidates applyPrimary Skill : IR framework, MIS, Risk Analysis, Competition AnalysisJD as mentioned below :- Support in releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly/annual results, sector themes, and competitive landscape- Developing IR framework, and preparing FAQs for quarterly earning calls and road shows. Responding to queries by analysts/investors- Investor Communication via conferences and one-on-one meetings- Understanding of Investor concerns, tracking progress on mitigation actions, ensuring consistent realistic communication with market participants- Help in maintaining relationships with institutional investors- Help in engaging with Analysts, tracking and analyzing their ratings and expectations along with those of peer companies- Continuous analysis of change in shareholding pattern to have focused investor targeting- Update top management through various MIS or major movements in stock prices, and shareholding.- Competition Analysis : Performing comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitors behavior, and strategy.
