Job Description : - Exp in Modern trade, should have handled modern trade in the last role with a regional experience - Handling Modern trade Business for PAN India - Develop and execute national off-trade business plan with all modern off trade customers - Implement and manage effective sales monitoring systems for territory including marketing strategy, pricing, expenditure, channel strategies - Customer Retention & Extension. - Ensure extension of existing Customers. - Ensuring proper promo execution with Territories as per communication - Coordination with Trade Marketing on promo designs, development & dispatch to territories. - Volume Growth - Coordinating sales information manually and compiling data for specific reports. - Identify focus areas/ products/ customer segments for market share expansion in the MTOs - Plan, implement and monitor new product launches in coordination with the Marketing Team.
