1) To look after day to day manpower shortage at every restaurant. 2) Make ready the organization Chart of Every New Hotel & Restaurant and start scouting for relevant resumes. 3) To search Online Portals and get related resumes and conduct First Screening Rounds of Interview. 4) To make ready all Candidates Offer Letter , Statutory Compliance ,Appointment letter along with Monthly Salary Slips . 5) To Visit Restaurant to Conduct Team Meeting & Staff Motivation Events at every restaurant. 6) Visit Restaurant and hotel during the Pre Opening Phase and do staff Meeting & Orientation Programs. 7) To Solve any Staff Complaints with regards to accommodation , Meals , Duty Hours etc and keep them engaged to perform better duties. 8) To Monitor CCTV access of all Restaurants and inform for any behaviour misconduct and complaints if visible. 9) Make ready Presentation of any New Restaurant / Hotel Project and discuss with Client in Team Meeting. 10) Make Ready Bookings for any Office Staff & Director travel Plans. 11) To Make Ready the quotation and offer for all different Projects in discussion with the CEO and take follow ups. 12) To work in Harmony With CEO as its assistant and assist him to streamline daily task and appointments. 13) To Take Follow ups for Payments and maintain records of the same for accounting purposes. 14) To Coordinate with Different Vendors and Suppliers to get the work done in the fastest way. 15) To Maintain office Stationery , Cleaning & Filing all Documents appropriately for immediate reference. 16) To Have Knowledge to Use Zoho CRM and keep track of different project unfinished tasks and give reminders in Daily Morning Meeting.
