Immediate Opening for PTP Accounts Payable - Lafarge Holcim - Mumbai Job Description: PTP Accounts Payable (Global Client Experience (ex: US, UK, AUS, Newzland)) 1. Checking, clearing and processing of Invoices for all categories like bulk material, Capex, Services, Transportation etc. and ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs. 2. Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes, TDS etc. 3. Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenario, mismatched invoices. 4. Conducting 3-way / 2-way matches, PO & Non PO Processing. 5. Performing vendor and account reconciliations, Month-end activities; GRIR review; creation of provisions etc. 6. Ensuring compliance / adherence of internal controls. Statutory requirements. Ensuring compliance of QA framework. 7. Preparing schedules for statutory, internal Audits and interacting with auditors. 8. Resolve vendor / customer queries and root cause analysis. Permanent Placement Location: Airoli , Mumbai Experience: 2 - 10 Years Education: (Graduate / Post Graduate) Shift Timing: Should be flexible with any shifts.
