FRESHERS WELCOMEJob DescriptionTo coordinate and support all production and dispatch functions of Jetkool ExportsDay-to-day responsibilities include:1. Daily Dispatch Planning & Billing.2. Checking Sales Order position on Day to day basis for updating on delays etc.3. Coordinating with Shop Floor, Stores & Transporters.4. Preparing & Verifying Tax Invoices, Internal Transfers, eway bills & Dispatch Documents.5. Verifying Sales, Purchase & General purchase Invoices with documents.6. Have basic exposure on Tally ERP operation, eway bill generation, GST understanding (Not a priority skill, but having basic knowledge will be appreciated) 7. Monitoring Daily Stock entries, Batch Entries, Inter transfer entries of Stock.8. Preparation of Daily Report & Monthly MIS. stock reconciliation & valuation.9. Any other Dispatch related work.10. Support all marketing functions of Jetkool ExportsOther requirements Need male candidates with a two-wheeler only from Mumbai location preferably from suburbs of Vidyavihar and nearby areas such as Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, and Sion.
