To meet a minimum of 100 doctors and 40 50 retailers per month in joint field work with the field force, so as to ascertain market trends, training needs of the field force and efficacy of the promotional campaign. To Collate and analyze the data received from the field force and the sales figures. To identify and report the trends and competitor's activities in the market to the top Management periodically. To train and guide the Sales team regarding Brand promotion activities planned by the Company. To conduct/ attend/ Give lectures & demonstrations in various promotional events approved by the Management like Seminars, CMEs etc. To evaluat the ROI for efficacy of the promotional activity and taking corrective action wherever necessary.
