The roles core functions are: Directing all operational aspects Providing training, coaching, development and motivation to counselors Meet goals and metrics RESPONSIBILITIES: Looking after overall requirement of branch Supervising the work of all departments Coordinating for marketing & advertising Planning & Organizing events for in house parents, walk-ins & for generating new leads Revenue growth Maintaining conversion ratio of each counselor. Maintenance report & branch report(Daily updating ) Updating inventory list Sending all the reporting mails Record of Teachers class-wise Daily/Weekly meeting with the administrators & co-coordinator. Keeping check on all reports and work done by administrators Signing of document / petty cash vouchers etc. Preparing housekeeping duty list.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 6-8 years experience in similar field Graduate/ Post GraduateOnly Female candidates are requested to apply.Job Location-Mulund
