Greet clients and provide a warm and friendly environment in the head office at all times and ensure clients feel comfortable by anticipating client needs. # Handling various front desk tasks and inquiries efficiently. # Manage all administrative responsibilities such as set ups, ambience, pantry related, safety related and all other housekeeping tasks. # Manage and guide all external vendors, agencies and consultants in order to execute all above-mentioned tasks and address any disruptions promptly # Responsible for records of all incoming & outgoing documents, parcels, materials and couriers at the Head Office. # Manage housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office boy and runner boy staff. # Demonstrate a helpful and proactive attitude and be willing to solve any problem at the Head Office which can affect the clients experience # Act as the go-to person for all matters related to inventory. # Ensure all safety measures are followed. Ensure first aid and emergency material are readily available . #Travel Management , Ticket booking, Hotel Booking and other office events arrangements. Requirements: # She shall be minimum a graduate. # Shall have excellent communication skills # Shall be good with PC skills, MS Office. # Shall be very pleasant and assertive. # Shall have minimum 3 years of experience in handling front office tasks independently.
