Job Title: Consultant to Manager Function: Forensic - Contract Compliance Services Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Hyderabad Role & Responsibilities .Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided by the Director/ Associate Director / Manager - Conducting research using a variety of online sources, especially commercial registries and corporate databases, legal databases and media sources .Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with project plan, ensuring high quality work delivery within appropriate time scales and adhering to pre-defined methodologies towards preparing due diligence reports and researching specific targets to highlight red flags. .Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with project plan. .Maintain relationships at management level for existing and past clients .End to end client management and project management on at least one long running/large project .Remain current on new developments within the industry .To actively develop, mentor and coach team members and to organize the daily work flow among the team members to ensure deliverables meet timelines .Identifies potential business leads (mining the client) .Understand the clients business, key sectors and national markets. Build relationships with counter parts in the client organization. .Engagement reviews, completion of PDP. Feedback obtained and acted on throughout the year .Train analysts from the team on CCS specific, client facing and other soft skills during the year. The Individual .Deep licensing experience in a major software publisher (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IBM etc.) or a niche category (e.g. engineering applications, SaaS licensing such as SFDC, ServiceNow etc.) .Hands on experience of technical implementation of SAM tools such as Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow. Certification will be an edge. .Know-how of IaaS/ PaaS platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP and their impact on licensing will be an edge. .Display project management skills to deliver high quality work on time and to budget .Excellent communication skills to Interact with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the project. .Effective presentation skills in terms of design and delivery of presentations with high impact ensuring accountability in managing the project and escalating concerns well in advance .Act in accordance with regulatory and internal risk procedures, remaining independent and objective at all times .Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shiftingpriorities and stringent deadlines .Have discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality .Advanced understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office .Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours Qualification .B.E. / BTech. Post graduate or specific certifications are an added advantage.
