Job Description

We are looking for 4 Product support/TAC engineers to work on SD-WAN networking related product. Two of the candidates would be based out of Bangalore and 2 of them would be based out of Mumbai but should be open to travel to Bangalore on need basis. Job Title: SD-WAN Product Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities: # Offer Level-2/Level-3 technical product support for Lavelle's SD-WAN solution/products # Customer/Site visits to troubleshoot the issues & for new router installation # Software/Firmware upgrade of routers/cloud ports # Network design # While the primary job role is product support and deployment, based on bandwidth, candidate should be able to perform QA/Testing the new software releases and new features. Experience: # Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Networking indu Skills: stry as Support Engineer or Test/QA Engineer Skills: # Strong networking skills. Knowledge in OSI layers, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, DNS, ARP, TCP, UDP, NAT, VLAN, Subnets, SSL/SSH, Routing protocols: MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, etc # Strong troubleshooting skills # Strong communication skills# Should have good attitude # Should be good learner # Should be able to mingle with team # Scripting knowledge like Python would be additional advantage Education qualification: B.Tech / MCA Job Location: Bangalore & Mumbai Organization: Candidate will be working at Lavelle Networks (https://lavellenetworks.com) office located in Bangalore and would be on the payrolls of Hyperscale Networks (website development is in-progress, domain: https://hyperscalenetworks.co.in Responsibilities and Duties: - Candidate would be working on cutting edge SD-WAN solution, offering Level-2 & Level-3 product support to customers. - Candidate would be working on Lavelle Network's SD-WAN solution, who is the leading SD-WAN startup in India. - Candidate would work closely with Lavelle's R&D team to troubleshoot Level-3 issues - Candidate would perform most of the troubleshooting by remotely logging into customer's network. However, candidate should be open for occasional site visits. - Being working with a startup, sky would be the limit to ramp up technical skills. It would be great opportunity for folks who want to go extra mile to learn things quickly.
