Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Toppr is looking for a Senior Manager (SM) in the Marketing team. As an SM, youll drive end-to-end marketing operations to ensure a seamless handshake between marketing and sales. Youll coordinate with regional marketing teams for lead planning, lead procurement, and lead utilization. Youll organise marketing activities across the different channels schools, apartments, corporates, popular catchment areas (mall, amusement parks). You'll understand the business needs of the company to plan and execute scalable marketing activities in the specified city. Understand Topprs journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India Spend time with the Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to get up-to-speed on Topprs offering, its competition, and future outlook By Day 30 Explore and understand the different strategies to build up marketing in different cities Create a monthly leads plan based on the business requirement Drive target setting for regional marketing teams and ensure targets are met Negotiate with partners, vendors, and other external agencies to drive the ROI for marketing campaigns By Day 90 Coordinate with regional marketing teams across 20+ cities to generate high quality leads Help the sales team to achieve revenue goals by delivering on your teams monthly objectives/plans KEY QUALIFICATIONS BE/B.Tech/B.Com. from top universities. MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 Business School preferred 1+ years of work experience in marketing Team handling experience will be preferred WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, youll need to have the following skills: Calculated risk-taker: Intuitiveness to experiment, run a pilot campaign, measure its results and then take a call to scale up. Analytical: Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analyzing data, and transforming it into actionable marketing strategies. ABOUT TOPPR Toppr is Indias leading edtech company with a mission to make learning personalised. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 75 lakh students.
