Undertaking sector / industry research or customized research assignments Analysis of industry dynamics under various parameters relevant to the industry and provide an outlook for the industry Understanding the market sentiment both domestically and globally and analyzing data to identify emerging opportunities and risks, justifying the reasoning. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data. Preparing the Performance Report, teasers, Information Memorandum, pitchbooks, company reports, industry reports from data gathering, populating data financial models, building financial models, ratio calculation and analysis. Providing own valuation views after carrying out both relative and DCF-based valuations. Provide recommendations on the Reserve Price to be set. Preparing earnings reviews and previews. Handling routine periodical updates. Maintaining flexibility to learn new techniques and functionalities and gain exposure to various types of assignments.Skill Sets Strong analytical, forecasting and data interpretation skills. Strong understanding of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow Statement, Notes to Financial Accounts, Financial Ratios, Valuation Techniques, Financial Modelling is a must. Research report-writing Skills. Strong team player with a positive attitude and Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision. Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, Working in Stringent Timelines Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
