Troubleshooting LAN and Basic IT problem related for MFP / PP Demo of all Models of MFPs and color photocopiers.Daily and Monthly production data for Field Repairable Unit (FRU) maintenance to be updated pertaining to FRU Operations.Misc. duties like recovery on non-saleable machines/photocopiers.Take the feedback from the client & takes advice from seniors for better output to keep the high reputation of the company.Technically satisfy the client and co-operate with the seniors for the better results.Adding new business to the exiting list of clientele.Maintaining strong relationship with Customers, Dealers and ensuring their satisfaction also.
