Hiring a Zonal Manager - Distribution Channel Sales - Hardware & Building Material Industry for one of the topmost MNCs into Automated Doors, Access Control, building material and Hardware Industry. - The position is to be based at Mumbai to Handle entire West India, supported by a team of 10 members. Job Profile: Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs): - Sales targets (Primary and Secondary) - Number of new clients (value added resellers). - Lead sales team to achieve sales & profit targets assigned. - Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for area of responsibility that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements - Optimise sales performance through ongoing motivation, training, coaching and support to the sales team - Provide market and competitor information to Reporting Manager. - Build and lead the sales organization that fits the requirements of markets in respective area of responsibility - Ensure all sales employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct - Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with Licensees and Value Added Resellers (Secondary Customers) - Ensure effective utilization of L.S Retail (software used by licensee for secondary billing to value added resellers). - Responsible specifically for sales in the mid-market segment (S3) and ensure no cannibalization with Specification market (S1 and S2). - Ensure that targets of training Value Added Resellers are met. Experience & Qualification - Graduate, preferably Engineer (although not mandatory)/ MBA is preferred - Minimum 10-12 years experience in a related field. - Must have expertise in handling Distribution Sales, Channel Sales through Dealers, distributors and channel partners.
