Job Description

Position: BA / PM FRTB/Market RiskExperience: 5 yearsLocation: Bangalore / MumbaiDiscipline: AnalyticsJob Type: PermanentContact Name: Sakshi ThaparContact Email: sakshi.thapar@crescendogroup.inJob Ref: 41604Published: about 6 hours agoAs a FRTB BA/PM, you should be able to produce and track project plans and specifications with associated assumptions, dependencies, risks & issues for assigned Legal entities.Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)Your Future Employer: A leading, agile & innovative global analytics company providing ratings, data, research, analytics and solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Addressing data quality issues in calculation and reporting engines; completeness and data quality in the interim model for all LEs.
  • Helping fill/ complete the self-assessment form and questionnaires.
  • Own JIRA artefacts of all assigned user stories and follow through the JIRA items liaising with various stakeholders from Risk and finance vertical.
  • Collaborate daily/weekly with the technology and business teams in order to assure the implementation of the regulatory framework.
  • Activate involvement and oversight on the UAT process.
  • Active collaboration with the assigned Project lead to ensure that the project scope and timelines are respected.
  • Professional certification like FRM / CFA / CQF can be an added advantage.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and performance tuning of automation tools and systems, ensuring reliability.
Requirements:
  • Total 5 years of working experience in Market Risk domain preferably with an investment bank/consulting firm.
  • Prior experience in FRTB implementation as Business analyst /PM would be preferred.
  • Perform gap analysis between BCBS/ US NPR and country specific FRTB rules (e.g., PRA Consultation Paper 16/22) and work with different teams for BRD creation. Help the technology team understand the requirements.
  • Produce and track Project plans and specifications with associated assumptions, dependencies, risks & issues for assigned Legal entities.
  • Business analysis and business requirement documentation for FRTB SA/CVA requirements.
  • Coordinate in building operational risk controls (1LoD/2 LoD) and governance around FRTB implementation for specific country Legal entity.
  • Present the update to internal governance forums and to the senior management.
