Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performing the role of a Client Coordinator in the areas of BGV related update and progress which includes client relationship management
  • Creating/ordering the cases on behalf of FADV on the portal
  • Ensuring TAT and SLA is well maintained as per the Clients requirement
  • Handling and interfacing the client (from the clients site) for all BGV related processes and resolve queries
  • Managing the daily report / dashboard for tracking progress
  • Responsible for end-to-end BGV delivery as the Client SPOC
  • Building the collaboration and trust with the client for best output
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent MS skills
  • Presentation skill
  • Good English writing / speaking skills to communicate across geography if needed
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ownership
  • Will be handling the entire background check process including critical stakeholder management
  • Should be the bridge and coordinate between FA and Client for accurate and smooth processing of background checks
Year of Experience:
  • Relevant years of experience basis the above roles (in BGV) for at least 2-3 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience into customer handling / client handling in addition to BGV experience
Work Location:
  • 1 in Mumbai and 1 in Bangalore
Work Mode:
  • Work from office
Qualification:
  • Full-time graduation (any discipline)
