We are looking for Associate Civil for Mysuru for Construction (Male).JD:-Role (Similar prior experience required) He would be stationed at site and would be responsible to day to day co-ordination at site with the consultants, vendors and landlord. A break up of Job description is below. 1. Project SchedulingPrepare daily and weekly plans for different work packages; Estimate lead time for various activities and seek detailed plan from vendors; Provide inputs to the Project Manager for overall integration with Project Master plan. 2. Vendor Performance MonitoringTrack vendor deliverables against timelines agreed upon; Daily tracking and Weekly updates to be given to Project Manager. Hold site meetings with the consultants and vendors to resolve any site issues and monitor the progress. Report the quantity and quality of works in a daily/ weekly report format. 3. Commissioning & HandoverAssess stage of completion in consultation with the Project manager for own domain/ package; Participate in the auditing of the works completed; Inform PM to initiate user business inspection for handover; Address queries and oversee that all changes are justified and documented, complete all documentation and hand over appropriate documents to user including statutory compliances/licenses IN ORDER TO complete the commissioning & handover of the project to the user business4. Statutory ComplianceSupport in obtaining necessary local approvals (such as building plan approval, factories inspector for drawings/layouts); Follow up with laisioning consultants and compile all documentation; Seek necessary certifications IN ORDER TO prevent non-compliances & ensure compliance with all regulations. Ensure the vendors maintain records as per the laisioning consultants. 5. Reporting & AuditIdentify shortcomings within own domain area of work and submit observations to the PM; Provide explanations & rationale; Prepare periodic project status update reports in prescribed formats, respond to progress related queries IN ORDER TO ensure zero audit points are raised for a given project,
