Responsible for complete project deliverables, should act as single point of contact for all deliverables in front of customer. Should have good knowledge in ITIL Incident Management. Good communication skill. n tShould have 4-6 year s experience in customer handling skill. Able to handle key internal and customers stake holders. Handling L4 escalations. Should have experience in Vendor Management and Partner Management. n tGood presentation skill. n tGood idea about end user deliverables.Should have basic idea about Laptop & Desktop hardware. n tShould able to conduct performance review with Vendors & Partners Should able to present Weekly & Monthly performance in front of customer.
