1.Responsible for smooth functioning of Multiplex which includes primarily box office operations, 2.F&B operations and lobby management. Working towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time management effectively. 3.Developing competency in developing and implementing short & long term operational plans that will maximize revenue, minimize costs, increase profitability & enhance employee effectiveness. 4.Recruiting, staffing and training activities. 5.Customer Service and Hospitality, Customer complains handling in day to day shifts. 6.Managing the customer satisfaction from every aspect of operations. Developing an understanding of the local market, including customer expectations. 7.Liaising with film societies and other groups within the industry. Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations. 8.Marketing the cinema within a local and/or national arena. 9.Protecting & maintaining physical assets of Company to ensure the highest standard of Customer service are achieved. 10.Collecting regular competitive intelligence as additional input to own strategy, bench marking about their policies & plan of future along with that keep abreast of industry development & practices.Required Candidate profileBHM / DHM / Graduation is must . The candidate must have 3+ years working in Food & Beverage operations. Candidates preferred only from Hotels, Fine Dine Restaurants, QSR , Fast Food Chains. Excellent communication in English.
