Job Description

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable mannerConduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specificationsAssess potential risks, materials and costsProvide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficienciesOversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholdersHandle over the resulting structures and services for useMonitor progress and compile reports in project status Manage budget and purchase equipment/materialsComply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as requiredMust be well versed in structural drawing and architecture drawing work all construction methodologies to coordinate with project teams and labour contractors.Documentation of job, drawings, prepare work reports and MIS.Estimate the quality of materials and co-ordinate with managers, contractors and vendors.Preparing labour attendance and payments.
