Job Description

Functions : Control of Incoming goods, process and final inspection of the products.Process implemented to produce the product and services to satisfy customer requirement .Key Skill : Knowledge in PCBA manufacturing process and its inspection as per IPC 610 standard ,preparing Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for all stages of Manufacturing process and Implement, Monitor and sustaining the same in day to day work. Computer knowledge is must. Experience in :Incoming goods inspection of raw materialsFinal Assembly InspectionReview and analyse customer complaints and other re-occurring problems in the process and providing CAPAVisiting the vendor place for process verification and inspectionControl and monitoring of Device/Equipment calibration and ValidationConduct Supplier ,Subcon and Internal Audits.Initiate and implement improvement activities(KAIZEN,7QC TOOLS,FMEA,5S) to increase the production yieldConduct Line audit at shop floor and share on line feedback for issues if any .Inter departmental co-ordination for smooth flow in manufacturing processKnowledge in ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) 14001 (EMS)standard and capable of its implementation and maintainenance of the same
