Job Description

  1. Physical Verification of Stock and Stock Reconciliation
  2. Following FIFO on every dispatched product, using Inventory Tags
  3. Do the Sales Return in the Same Batch
  4. Processing of Bills of Vendors
  5. Invoicing and making gate pass challan.
  6. Dealing with Transporters, Making Arrangement of Loading and Unloading.
  7. Maintaining Leakage and Breakage record and book the same in the system.
  8. Conduct periodical inventory to ensure Physical Stock tallies with the system stock.
  9. Identify selflife Expire, inform over under stock SKU to product availability manager.
  10. Key focus on customer indents as will as stock transfer
  11. Handling large number of casual manpower as will as forklift associates .
  12. Maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring ideal inventory level at the warehouse.
  13. Prepare invoices and waybills (SAP)
  14. Dispatches planning with indent
  15. Maintain documentation month wise , filing
