Snr Manager OTC Candidate Specification OTC Tower expert with hands on delivery experience for large critical accounts. Strong Transition + Transformation , Solutioning experience as a part of delivery will be of best preferred. Role OTC Tower leader will own the operations delivery of the respective tower. meeting clients SLAs and KPIs , Strong customer interfacing skills. acting as key point of contact for any interface , escalations etc. Will be Accountable and responsible for setting up , managing , developing and growing the business. Responsible for improving the financials of the project , by driving cost optimization projects. Responsible for managing large delivery teams across multiple sites.
