  • Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, QCPC, SOP.
  • Knowledge of problem solving techniques like Quality tools, kaizen, Poke yoke and Lean manufacturing.
  • To perform the various lab testing required for PTCED.
  • To Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers (Internal & External)
  • To find cost effective solution for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
  • To create a conducive environment for safe & engaged working.
  • To maintain safety of equipment s by monitoring safety interlocks.
