Key responsibilities Formulate and implement HR policies and strategies, plan the overall annual personnel requirements. Formulate and manage the annual budget for HR and related requirements for the organization. Formulate and implement operational strategies and policies for the department. Formulate and manage department budget, review operational costs and suggest cost saving measures. Oversee end to end functioning of Human Resource departments including manpower planning, Employee Relation activities. Monitor statutory compliances and liaison with concerned authorities. Functional responsibilities Preparation of annual company manpower plan and budget. Preparation of the departmental budget, including manpower, new recruitment, training, staff welfare, etc. Preparation of the recruitment plan and strategy based on organization requirement & evolution Formalization of job descriptions and responsibilities. Establish qualification criteria for all levels of staff in conjunction with the respective department head (s) . Prepare remuneration packages for all levels within the organization. Formulation of HR manual, policies and procedures with regards attendance, leave, entitlement eligibility criteria, discipline. Develop and oversee the implementation of HR related procedures. Formulate training and development program like leadership training, behavior skills, customer relationship management etc for the employees welfare Coordinate and oversee publication of HR related internal publications/ documents. Oversee and monitor the complete recruitment process including appointment of sources/ agencies, selection procedures and tools and the appointment of staff. Prepare and oversee the implementation of staff welfare programs/ schemes. Oversee and monitor statutory compliance with regards PF, ESIC, etc. and liaison with the concerned departmental personnel. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for personnel in conjunction with the respective departmental head (s) . Formulation and implementation of performance appraisal process. Initiate and oversee development of IT based systems for HR operations. Administrative responsibilities Oversee the functioning of the HR department. Conduct performance reviews of the departmental personnel. Other skills Must be well versed with HR laws and statutory regulations. Team management skills. ,
