Candidate Profile and Responsibilities: The candidate must have excellent command over English, both written and verbal. A hand on experience in IT recruitment is a must; he/ she should constantly identify new sources of recruitment. Work profile includes conducting Induction programs, employee morale and Motivation, Payroll, and Leave maintenance. The candidate should be proficient to source trainees for PHP and SEO training courses conducted by the company in order to meet the monthly targets. Preference will be given to candidates who have gathered similar experience while working with training institutes. The candidate should be able to handle the work related grievances of the employees as and when needed. The candidate should be able to take care of the day to day administration of the office. The candidate should be a graduate; MBA (HR) will be preferred.,
