Engage with business stakeholders to co-createLearning and development programs/plans. Facilitate scheduled and adhoc training delivery.This is an individual contributor role and a large part of the role involves facilitation of behavioraltraining programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Design, Plan and execute specific unit requirements including L& OD learning interventions Roll out and Drive Training needs analysis. Facilitate classroom / VILT learning interventions across all Bands of employees Engage units to co-create Learning programs/plans. Design content and facilitate learning interventions and measure learning impact Lead talent development programs and/or projects specific to: talent reviews, talent pool management,career mapping, HI-PO program management, key talent mobility (IJP and assessments). Coach, consult and collaborate with HR Business Partners, SMEs and functional leaders on the developmentand implementation of talent development solutions Design effective and efficient communication to keep all stakeholders connected, informed, and on track withtalent development program solutions Perform administrative and communication tasks necessary to deliver high-quality talent development andlearning solutions. Approach all project and program management work with a continuous improvement mindset and integratecontinuous improvement tools and processes wherever possible Reports results and provide analysis of trends and solutions related to talent development. Perform other duties as assigned.Should be able to : Open to work in shifts as per center requirements especially night shifts. Willing to travel for long periods of time as per work requirements Preparation of Behavioral training reports and Dashboards; decks for MBRs, WBRs, etc. Assists with translating position competency requirements into training initiatives that will serve as a resourceto groom team members for the next step of their career path. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in Learning and Team Member development. Serves as back up administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including running reports,responding to report or system question requests and assessing training participation outcomes.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in any discipline Commitment and passion for L&D vision Ability to stay the course Self-directed and results-orientedInnovative approach to learning and development Sharp eye for identifying talent and ability to assess competencies Ability to simultaneously work with the long-term and meet short-term goals Flexible and able to work effectively in an evolving environment Experience in managing through influence, driving results requiring contribution from multiple stakeholderswithout direct oversight (periodic support) Outstanding skills in problem solving and critical thinking Interest and inclination to build on current knowledge of management and leadership.
