Job Description Manager (Accounts and Finance) Job Description The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for all accounting and finance functions such as Finalization of accounts, MIS reports, Balance sheet with analysis, Monitoring of all Statutory compliances i.e. TDS, GST, Professional Tax, ROC, Banks, ESIC, PF, Income Tax etc. of Krishna Consultants. He will be independently responsible for management and execution of all tasks/ function of the Accounts and Finance Department. Ensure completion of all allocated tasks and function in a timely and accurate manner Job Responsibilities Responsible for ledger scrutiny & finalization of books of accounts, MIS reports, balance sheet with analysis, monitoring of all statutory compliances i.e. TDS, GST, Professional Tax, ROC, Banks, ESIC, PF, Equalization levy, Income Tax etc. of Krishna ConsultantsAdvise, audit accounts and provide trustworthy information about financial records and accounting. This includes financial reporting, taxation, auditing, business recovery and all accounting systems and processes.Plan Monthly, Quarterly, Half- Yearly and Yearly reviews and activities related to accounts and financeCommission Payable Ensure that commission payable is done in timely & accurate manner by the team. Review the overdue outstanding commission payables. Submit month wise & age wise payment reports to CEOInvoicing - Review and ensure completion of all activities related to Invoicing to Universities and Institutions as per processes listed on time Responsible for the vendor payments, collections and follow- up. To maintain final bills from vendors. Manage the vendor payments and deal with a zeal to get the best vendors to the organization using comparative market analysis.Responsible for Debtors recovery - Update the Debtors List of Krishna Consultants in Tally and follow up with Krishna Consultants Debtors on weekly basis. You need to submit an outstanding debtors report to CEO by fortnight. Recovery for payment by means of calls or emails, if the payment has not been received on timePerform maker/ checker role for day to day operationsCandidate Requirements Candidate with 10+ years of industry experience or having an experience of at least 10- 15 Years in Accounting and Financial Operations preferably in Service, Education Sector.Familiar with all areas of accounting and finance i.e. accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, reporting etc.Highly motivated individual with a positive, can- do approach to problem- solving. Must possess good leadership, management and analytical skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Should have prior experience of leading a team in accounts and financeShould be adept in establishing interpersonal relations independentlyYoung having a strong and dynamic personalityMust have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & BachelorsShould be good at working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAge between 35- 40 years.
